The runner-up in the Democratic Republic of the Congo's presidential election is challenging the official result - saying there's been widespread fraud.

Martin Fayulu has appealed to the Constitutional Court and called for a recount.

The electoral commission gave his rival, Felix Tshisekedi, 38 percent of the vote - 4 percent ahead of Fayulu.
