DPRK leader still open to third summit with Trump

Kim Jong Un, leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), says he's open to a third summit with the U.S. president, but only if the Trump administration dials down on its demands. DPRK state media said Kim had given Washington until the end of the year to accept his offer. The U.S. wants Pyongyang to make substantial progress on denuclearization before it lifts crippling economic sanctions on the isolated country. Kim made the comments on Friday, as he was re-elected chairman of the country's State Affairs Commission.
