The foreign ministers of China, Afghanistan and Pakistan met for their first-ever trilateral meeting in Beijing. The three pledged to more closely cooperate in multiple areas including the economy, intelligence and refugees. They also agreed to promote an Afghan-led peace process involving the Taliban.
