Washington is attempting to interfere in China's domestic affairs and restrain China's development by signing the Reciprocal Access to Tibet Act of 2018 into law. That's according to a commentary released on Saturday by the state-owned broadcaster China Radio International (CRI). It said the move is part of the "America First" policy that is based on the belief that American domestic law should trump international law.
