Tasmania has reported its first coronavirus death, taking Australia’s toll to 17.
There are now more than 4,000 confirmed cases of COBID-19 here, but officials are pointing to a trend downwards in the number of new daily cases and are saying there are early signs that the measures in Australia are working to limit the spread.
