China-U.S. trade ties: WTO's struggle to update

China-U.S. ties are not just any bilateral relationship, since they are the world's two largest economies. This relationship is the backbone to international trade, but also adds more challenges. Tian Wei spoke to Jeffrey J. Schott, who is senior fellow working on international trade policy and economic sanctions at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. He discussed the global trading system from an American viewpoint.
