A new report reveals that small changes to your lifestyle could delay the start of dementia or slow down its progression. Researchers have determined that keeping your mind active with "cognitive training," exercising regularly, and controlling your blood pressure could improve overall brain health. According to the study conducted by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, these areas still need more research. Keith Fargo, director of the Alzheimer's Association said, "It's high time that people are given information about things they can do today to reduce their risk of cognitive decline and possibly dementia."
