The spread of COVID-19 has forced clubs and theaters to close across the United States, putting thousands of performers out of work. While many in the industry are used to having an unsteady source of income, they must now adjust to an extended period away from the limelight. But in a time of adversity many are learning to improvise in new ways. CGTN's William Denselow reports from New York.
