Big impact of U.S. mid-range missile test

The Pentagon announced a mid-range cruise missile test over the weekend, weeks after the United States withdrew from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty. The missile, tested from an island off the coast of California, has a range of 500 kilometers. The projectile would have been banned under the INF Treaty.
