Beto O'Rourke officially kicked off his 2020 presidential campaign in El Paso, Texas on Saturday and called for unity in the country, stating his campaign would reach out to everyone regardless of party, race, religion, sexual orientation or any other quality.

O'Rourke also criticized President Donald Trump for using "fear and division" to separate people on issues like immigration.

He also visited Houston later in the day and spoke about universal healthcare and the need to end the war on drugs.
