Delegates arrived at the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) headquarters in Vienna on Thursday to discuss oil output amid coronavirus outbreak fears.
Footage shows delegates including Hamid Younis Salih, Deputy Oil Minister of Iraq, arriving and leaving, amid a security presence.
The conference was held to discuss oil market developments since the last meeting in December and to review the oil market outlook for the remainder of 2020. The coronavirus impact on oil is expected to be a major topic.
According to the latest reports by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), at least 96,500 people have been infected by the COVID-19 so far and over 3,300 people have died. There are currently 37 cases confirmed in Austria.
