Participants arrived for the second day of OPEC ministerial meetings in Vienna on Friday.

The first day of the conference ended without a resolution on the issue of oil production, despite an earlier decision by Saudi Arabia to cut 500,000 barrels from its production.

The other OPEC members failed to reach a consensus on the volume of production to cut.

The meeting is set to debate on new supply cuts, following a recent drop in oil prices and in light of Qatar's announcement that it is leaving the bloc after almost 60 years.
