Paris' soaring Notre Dame Cathedral is considered an architectural wonder, attracting some 13 million visitors a year. French President Emmanuel Macron has promised to rebuild the 13th century medieval cathedral following Monday's fire. Andrew Crompton is an architect at the University of Liverpool. His focus includes exploring the phenomenon of multi-faith spaces. He spoke with CGTN's Sean Callebs about the importance of the cathedral.
