On Monday, Actress Lori Loughlin said she will plead not guilty to charges to her part in the college admissions scandal.
Reuters reports they are among 50 people accused of participating in the scheme .
The scam allowed wealthy parents to use cheating and bribes to help their children secure spots at top universities.
Loughlin is charged with her husband Mossimo Giannulli.
Loughlin and Giannulli filed papers in federal court in Boston seeking to waive their personal appearances at an arraignment hearing.
They will have not guilty pleas entered on their behalf.
