According to a report by Business Insider, 87 year-old Japanese architect Arata Isozaki was awarded the 2019 Pritzker Architecture Prize. His recognizable designs include a 700-foot skyscraper in Milan, a Los Angeles contemporary art museum, and an Olympic sports venue in Barcelona. The buildings reportedly span continents, genres, and time periods. The prize was awarded on March 5th for buildings that, in the words of the jury, "are constantly evolving, and always fresh in their approach."
