This 58-Story Skyscraper In San Francisco Is Sinking

The luxury residential high-rise Millennium Tower in San Francisco has been dubbed the "leaning tower" after sinking 17 inches and tilting 14 inches since its completion in 2008. City inspectors have deemed the building safe to occupy, but that's no solace for the building's wealthy residents. The multimillion dollar condos have fallen significantly in worth, to an average value of $320,000. The tower, located in San Francisco's Financial District, is 58-stories high.
