On Monday, a car plowed into a pizzeria in a small town east of Paris killing a young girl and seriously injuring several others. According to a local prosecutor who also announced he was ruling out terrorism, the driver deliberately targeted the diners. At the scene of the incident, the prosecutor, Eric de Valroger, told reporters of the driver, "There is no doubt that he voluntarily decided to create what happened." He then went on to add that no weapons were found within the vehicle.
