As many as 77% of Croatians ready to work abroad

As many as 77 percent of job seekers are ready to leave Croatia in search of work abroad, with 57% saying that they would be prepared to move abroad only if they could find work in their occupation, while 43% would accept any kind of work, a poll conducted by the MojPosao job search website shows.

75 pct of LGBTI workers experience discrimination or abuse

The findings of a project survey on LGBTI equality in the workplace show that as many as 75.1% of 435 Croatian LGBTI respondents have experienced some form of discrimination, harassment and/or abuse, with 61% exposed to homophobic comments and 8% suffering sextortion or rape.
