HNB: Charges against RBA, Sberbank over irregularities in loan conversion

The Croatian National Bank (HNB) on Wednesday presented the Franak association of debtors with loans pegged to the Swiss franc with a letter providing information about which banks had violated the law on converting the loans into euro loans.

The Croatian National Bank (HNB) said on Wednesday it would comply with the High Administrative Court ruling that rejected its application to declare null and void the Information Commissioner's decision ordering the central bank to provide the Franak association with the requested information concerning the conversion of Swiss franc-denominated loans.

Franak: UniCredit has not grounds for arbitration over CHF loans

Franak says foreign minister has signed blank cheque to UniCredit

The Franak association, which brings together holders of loans denominated in the Swiss franc, said on Monday that caretaker Foreign Minister Miro Kovac's statements about UniCredit's lawsuit over the conversion of those loans were inappropriate and that the arbitration body where the suit was filed was not competent for the dispute.
