ECHR says receives Slovenia's lawsuit against Croatia

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg on Thursday said that Slovenia filed a lawsuit against Croatia on September 15, in which in claims that Croatia had prevented court proceedings before Croatian courts which the former Ljubljanska Banka launched in Zagreb to collect its claims towards Croatian companies to which it granted loans.
