Work on Dugo Selo-Krizevci and Zabno-Gradec railway lines in full swing

The upgrading of the Dugo Selo - Krizevci railway line and the construction of the Gradec - Sv. Ivan Zabno line are in full swing and both projects are financed by EU funds, Croatia's rail authority, HZ Infrastruktura, said on Wednesday after visiting the two construction sites.

Croatia's construction output up for seven straight quarters

The value of construction work performed in the third quarter of 2016 by businesses with 20 or more workers was HRK 3.5 billion, or 1.1% higher than in the same period in 2015, as construction output continued to grow for the seventh quarter in a row, data from the Croatian statistical office (DZS) show.
