White House "not concerned" by TTIP leaks

The White House is "not concerned" about leaks of details of US-European Union trade negotiation and does not believe they will have a "material impact" on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), spokesman Josh Earnest says.

"Our focus is on trying to complete these negotiations by the end of the year," he says.

Earnest would not speak to the veracity of the documents released by Greenpeace.

US President Barack Obama is seeking a high-standard trade deal that would strengthen standards, Earnest says.
