Turkish premier: EU-Turkey migration deal is "historic day"

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu welcomes the migration deal with the Euroepan Union as an "historic day."

"We today realized that Turkey and the EU have the same destiny, the same challenges and the same future," Davutoglu says at a joint press conference.
