Turkey's Interior Ministry identifies the Ankara car bomber as Seher Cagla Demir, a woman who joined the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in 2013.
The ministry says Demir was born in 1992 in Kars, eastern Turkey, near the border with Armenia. She allegedly was trained by the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) in Syria.
