Reports: Turkey detains Muharrem Kose, alleged ringleader of failed coup

An alleged ringleader Muharrem Kose of the failed coup plot in Turkey has been detained, the state-run Anadolu news agency reports Tuesday.

Officials and reports have indicated that Muharrem Kose, a colonel and legal counsellor of the military's General Staff, is considered to be a key planner of the failed putsch on Friday.
