Report: Police "neutralize" armed man near Ankara courthouse

Turkish police have "neutralized" an armed man near a courthouse in Ankara and are searching for additional suspects, CNN Turk reports.

Live footage of operations included armoured vehicles on the streets and deployments of special forces, with the report adding that shots were fired.
