Israel issues new travel warning against Turkey

Israel's National Security Council has updated its travel warning for Turkey to level three, which means there is a "concrete, basic threat."

The warning follows the deadly blast in Istanbul, in which an Israeli tourist group was harmed, and the council expressed "concern for additional attacks."
