Blast hits mosque in regime-held city of Latakia: Syrian media

An explosion has struck outside a mosque in the regime-held city of Latakia, killing at least one person, Syrian state media and a monitoring group reports.

An unspecified number of people were also injured in the explosion, which is believed to have been caused by a motorbike rigged with explosives, state media SANA says.
