Aung San Suu Kyi takes multiple ministries in new government

Aung San Suu Kyi takes multiple ministries, including foreign affairs, in Myanmar's incoming government, in a ceremony in the parliament in Naypyitaw.

She is sworn in as minister of foreign affairs, education and energy, and will also hold the president's office portfolio.

She had been widely expected to take at least one ministerial post in the cabinet, led by her National League for Democracy party, as she was constitutionally barred from becoming president.
