Air strikes on rebel-held Aleppo kill 15, monitor says

Air strikes on rebel-held parts of Aleppo city in northern Syria killed at least 15 people on Wednesday, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Video footage taken by activists on the ground show heavy damages to buildings, the monitoring group says.
