14 killed, dozens wounded in central Syria twin blasts

At least 14 people have been killed in two bombings in a pro-regime area of Syria's central province of Homs, state media reports.

The Syrian News Agency says the two explosions rocked the neighbourhood of al-Zahraa.

The opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says 12 people are dead and 50 wounded.
