Raonic stuns Federer to win Brisbane title

Milos Raonic defeated Roger Federer for only the second time in his career as the Canadian posted a 6-4, 6-4 victory on Sunday to win the Brisbane International.

The match was a replay of the 2015 final won by the Swiss, who has played the last three finals in Queensland.

Raonic stands 2-9 against Federer in their career series after staging the upset, keeping the defending champion Swiss off-balance throughout.
