Hat-trick for Suarez as leaders Barcelona thump Celta 6-1

Barcelona stay three points clear atop the Spanish Liga with a 6-1 drubbing of Celta Vigo, with league top scorer Luis Suarez banging in a hat-trick.

Suarez's third goal came after Lionel Messi had outrageously passed a penalty to him.

Barca's other scorers were Messi, Ivan Rakitic and Neymar, with John Guidetti converting a penalty for Celta.

It was Barca's sixth straight win and it left them three points clear of Atletico Madrid, who won 1-0 at Getafe earlier Sunday.
