Argentina continue to lead football's world rankings in an all but unchanged top 10 while Cameroon rose 29 places to 33rd thanks to their Africa Cup of Nations title in the latest list issued Thursday by the ruling body FIFA.
Argentina have 1,635 points in the national team ranking to lead from Brazil (1,529) and world champions Germany (1,433).
Chile, Belgium, France, Colombia, Portugal, Uruguay and Spain are also in the top 10, with France and Colombia swapping places.
The African championship in Gabon which ended Sunday caused the most changes in the FIFA list.
Beaten finalists Egypt are the best African team in 23rd place, up 12. Senegal are 31st, Cameroon 33rd, while hosts Gabon rose 21 spots into 87th despite a group stage exit.
