Merkel: Consultations after British vote will include all 28 members

No matter the outcome of the British referendum, EU consultations from Friday onwards will include all 28 member states, including Britain, German Chancellor Angela Merkel says.

"Consultations must continue with all 28 [member states]. ... We will discuss the way forward together, and in a calm manner," Merkel says.
