Merkel: Attacks should be met with "solidarity" and "determination"

German Chancellor Angela Merkel says the terrorist attacks in Belgium should be met with solidarity and determination.

"The despicable attacks in Brussels should bring us together: Solidarity with the victims + determination towards the terrorists," her spokesman Steffen Seibert says on Twitter.
