Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite says the new migration deal struck between Turkey and the European Union will go into effect on Sunday, when the first migrant returns from Greece to Turkey are expected to take place.
"A test of implementation starts on Sunday," Grybauskaite writes on Twitter.
Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas calls the deal a "potential game changer," tweeting that "all parties must contribute."
