Hollande wants to give EU "new momentum" on European tour

Following Britain's referendum to exit the European Union, French President Francois Hollande wants give the EU "new momentum."

The head of state is planning a tour through five EU countries, his staff said Monday in Paris.

Next week Hollande will be in Portugal, the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Ireland.

Hollande has already held talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin and Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi in Paris.
