Hollande says context of Middle East peace talks have changed

French President Francois Hollande says the context of Middle East peace talks have changed, with extremism and conflict widespread.

Speaking at the start of talks bringing together diplomats from nearly 30 countries - without the Israelis or Palestinians - Hollande says that in the regional context of the Middle East, political vacuums will be filled by extremists.
