Death toll in Damascus suburb attacks rises to 20, watchdog says

The death toll in the two explosions that hit a suburb of the Syrian capital Damascus has risen to 20 people, a monitoring group says.

The dead included 13 civilians and seven others who were regime soldiers and allied paramilitaries, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights adds.
