Traditional Croatian jewellery put on display in European Parliament

Croatian member of the European Parliament Jozo Rados of the Croatian People's Party (HNS) has staged an exhibition of traditional Croatian jewellery in the European Parliament in Brussels, his office said on Thursday.

The exhibition includes jewellery as well as arts and crafts made by a club of women in Sesvete outside Zagreb.

The club included unemployed women who managed to find employment in the meantime and be active in society, which Rados pointed out as a success and inspiration to other women in a difficult situation.

The exhibition closes on Friday.
