"Spancirfest" street festival set for 19-28 August in Varazdin

The 18th edition of the Spancirfest festival will be held in Varazdin on 19-28 August under the slogan "Activate Your Creativity", and this outdoor festival will bring together musicians and bands, theatre companies, street performance companies, individual street performers and visual artists from 15 countries.

Presenting the programme for the festival's new edition, the chairwoman of the tourist broad in Varazdin has recently said that this northern Croatian city will welcome over 1,000 participants and performers during the festival in the second half of August.

For instance, 43 concerts are scheduled and Manu Chao has been announced as one of the most prominent guests at the festival.

In the past 17 years, Spancirfest brought together 2.7 million visitors and 9,000 performers in various events on aggregate.
