Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds to play Zagreb Aug 16

Noel Gallagher, former frontman and songwriter for the English rock band Oasis, will perform in Zagreb in August with his High Flying Birds.

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds will play at Zagreb's Salata stadium on August 16. It will be Gallagher's first and exclusive concert in the region.

After the breakup of Oasis in 2009, Gallagher focused on solo projects and formed the band Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds in 2011. The band includes members of The Zutons and The Lemon Trees and several musicians with whom he has collaborated before.

The band has released two albums to date: the eponymous album in 2011 and last year's Chasing Yesterday, which hit the top spot on the UK albums charts and broke the opening week sales record.
