Croatian actor wins award at Montreal film festival

Croatian actor Franjo Dijak was awarded as the best male actor at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal.

Dijak was awarded for his role in the film "Goran" by Nevio Matasovic, a story about a taxi driver who takes care of his blind wife Lina but people close to him form his life according to their own ideas, bringing into question his carefree nature.

The 20th Fantasia Film Festival was held from July 14 to August 3. It was visited by more than 100,000 film lovers.
