USKOK dismisses charges against MP Rusak

The anti-corruption office USKOK on Wednesday said it had dismissed criminal charges against MP Gordana Rusak who was charged with an attempt to bribe other parliamentary deputies.

The investigation has shown that there was nothing unlawful in Rusak's conduct, USKOK said.

Charges against Rusak were pressed by MP Branimir Glavas of the HDSSB regional party.
