State leaders meet ahead of 25th Croatian statehood anniversary

President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, Parliament Speaker Zeljko Reiner and Prime Minister Tihomir Oreskovic met on Monday and agreed a programme for observing the 25th anniversary of Croatia's statehood, according to which Statehood Day will be commemorated on June 23-26.

On June 23, the government will hold a special session, to be attended by Grabar-Kitarovic and Reiner. On the 24th, at the War Veterans Ministry, Minister Tomo Medved will present decorations. The central commemoration will be held on June 25, while on the 26th, parliament will open its door to citizens.
