Saint Petersburg ballet to perform in Zagreb next week

As part of the cultural programme "Saint Petersburg in Zagreb", ballet stars of the great ballet theatres from Saint Petersburg will perform on the stage of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb on October 17 and 18, under the artistic leadership of Andrian Fadeyev.

Zagreb's audience will have an opportunity to see the performances of the leading Russian and European ballet dancers, such as dancers of the Mariinsky Theatre - Vladimir Shklyarov, Yekaterina Osmolkina, Valeria Martynyuk and Alexander Sergeev; dancers of the Mikhailovsky Theatre - Angelina Vorontsova and Ivan Zaytsev; and dancers of the Leonid Jacobson Ballet Company - Alla Bocharova, Andrei Sorokin and Sergei Krylov.

Under the artistic leadership of Andrian Fadeyev, the ballet stars will perform pas de deux from “The Sleeping Beauty”, adagio from “Romeo and Juliet”, pas de deux from “La Sylphide”, pas de deux from “Le Corsaire”, pas de deux from “The Talisman”, pas de deux from “Giselle” and pas de deux from “Don Quixote”.
