PM praises ministers for their work, confident in another term

Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic thanked all ministers on Thursday, at the last government session before Sunday's parliamentary election, for their work over the past four years, saying they had done a good job which would be enough for another term in office.

"I congratulate and thank you all. I'm satisfied with you, you were great, and I wasn't that bad either," Milanovic said.

He said everyone in his cabinet had worked for the benefit of their country to the best of their abilities. "And this best is objectively good. We'll see what the people brings. We are ready for another confidence vote."

Milanovic thanked former cabinet members too for their work. "Everyone did a good job, some a better one, some just a good one, I, let's say, a barely good one. But that's enough for another term in office."
