Petrov announces possibility of running for prime minister

The leader of the Bridge party, Bozo Petrov, said he would soon present his party's election platform in which Bridge would again insist on reforms, announcing the possibility of his candidacy for the position of prime minister after the September 11 parliamentary election.

"I have better skills than (Andrej) Plenkovic (of the Croatian Democratic Union) or (Zoran) Milanovic (of the Social Democratic Party) to be the prime minister," Petrov told Nova TV speaking about the coming election and post-election negotiations in which Bridge could once again be a kingmaker.

He, however stressed that Bridge would not be "grabbing seats" but would advocate changes.
