Social Democratic Party (SDP) leader Zoran Milanovic on Thursday commented on his Facebook profile that "Mrs Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic's behaviour is frivolous and irresponsible."
Milanovic doesn't specify what his statement refers to, however, it comes one day after President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic accused the former director of the Security-Intelligence Agency (SOA) Dragan Lozanicic of being Milanovic's "personal intelligence officer," while Milanovic used to be the Prime Minister,
After Grabar-Kitarovic demanded Lozancic's replacement with the explanation that Lozancic had lost her trust and breached the Security and Intelligence System Act in early February, Prime Minister Tihomir Oreskovic co-signed that decision. The president and Prime Minister Oreskovic have nominated Daniel Markic to replace Lozancic.
Last week Lozancic submitted his resignation from the post of the SOA head.
SDP countered earlier the President's claims that Lozancic was Milanovic's personal intelligence officer, responding that this was in contradiction to the opinion of Prime Minister Oreskovic who did not see "any detail or result" that confirms that Lozancic had violated the law.
